Abacus was the content project manager for the start-up of SeaPort, a highly successful portal for the e-procurement of professional service solutions for the U.S. Navy, now awarding 100 million dollars in contracts annually. Abacus authored specific web content on federal acquisition policies and procedures and coordinated content architecture. We developed a Naval Auctions Network and engineered and maintain a NAVSEA Contracts Intranet.
